I have been researching various HIIT jump rope routines after my jump rope workout this past weekend. My calves are sore as are the middle of my feet. I'm looking to change up my routine this week.

This ^ site provided 9 routines to rotate through and provided great information on why jumping rope is an effective workout.
Also I am including in my weekend workout my sledding session with my best friends kids. Climbing back up that steep hill pulling children on the sled behind me counts for something!
Detox Drink
60 oz distilled or pure water
1 Tablespoon sugar free cranberry juice
1 dandelion root tea bag (found at The Vitamin Shoppe, GNC and sometimes in Walmart's tea section)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Drink 60 oz everyday for 7 days. Do not exceed the 7 day mark as doing so could disrupt your electrolyte balance. Do only every few months. A good jump start to getting back on track after a vacation or if you're just starting to get into a healthier routine. Still eat your correct calorie intake for weight lose success (suggestion below*). You can take this on your smart phone using the Fitness Pal app. You may still drink other liquids, but avoid sugary drinks. During and after the detox drink consume regular water.
*Your calorie intake equation should look like this - 12 x your goal body weight, adjusting weekly according to progress
Now to leave work as my boss just told me to get the hell out of here to be safe and snowed in for a few days!!
Sledding after Round One!!
A snow plow stuck in the middle of an intersection!
And a joke forecast for the next storm that was made days ago. It's looking worse than this now
