It was all leading up to this:
My first Half Marathon!

And then this past Saturday, two weeks since my 1/2, I finished in 4th in my age group at the Zero Prostate Cancer 5K.
I even said I was going to "slug it" that morning. This hill at the end tried to kill me, but I conquered!
Too bad I didn't PR even at my previous 5K PR at my first race this year where I came in 3rd in my group so that I could have been 2nd in this race. Oh well, I have another race this Saturday.
I have a race in December I have my eyes set on too.
